Maurice Ellis

Maurice is a director and heads our Magistrates Court and Collections department and also specializes in Labour Law and Magistrates Court litigation. He joined our firm in 2016 and was appointed as director in 2023.

Maurice grew up in Oudtshoorn. He obtained his BA (Law) and LL.B degrees in 2010 and 2012 respectively thereafter he also proceeded to obtain his LL.M degree in Labour Law in 2014 from the University of Stellenbosch. He completed his articles of clerkship with Mostert & Bosman in Cape Town and was admitted as an Attorney in February 2016.

Maurice is a true family man and spends most weekends socializing with his family and friends.
